Over 600 training courses available on demand, 900 training sessions in virtual classrooms, over 18,500 users in 2021... ByLe@rn’s figures are mind-boggling!
The platform, which offers training modules on a vast range of topics (climate, ethics, languages, business, cybersecurity, etc.), is constantly evolving to meet employee needs and adjust to new ways of working.
To widen the selection of training, ByLe@rn is now integrating Edflex into the platform. The aim? To make available to employees a selection of free online training resources selected by a team of instructional designers for their relevance. Every month, playlists of online courses linked to what is currently going on in the group are featured. The resources, including MOOCs, videos, articles and podcasts, are numerous, diverse and in line with the needs of the platform’s users.
To adjust to new online norms, the ByLe@rn homepage has also had a makeover: the main changes are clarification of the information on the page, simplification of access and maximisation of readability. By taking into account the different issues raised by employees and the feedback received during user workshops, ByLe@rn has been able to give new clarity to its homepage. You can check it out now!

Finally, in order to adapt to employees’ different ways of learning and working, ByLe@rn is launching a mobile app! All the training on the platform will now be accessible from the app. A simplified and optimised way to make the platform accessible to all employees and to allow them to learn however and wherever they want!
