A global inter-subsidiary project finally deployed.
Following a one-year trial period carried out by a dozen lawyers from Bouygues Bâtiment International, the Della platform will allow the group's employees to review third-party contracts (which are often large, non-standardised and in different languages) more quickly and efficiently, while reducing risks, errors or omissions.
In view of the success of its use, Bouygues Construction is now making this artificial intelligence available to lawyers in all its subsidiaries. The project is known as NeverMAD and has now been renamed EasyJur.
Our teams review a very large number of contracts on a daily basis, many of which are extremely complex and over 1,000 pages long. It therefore takes a long time to identify and tease out all the potential risks and scenarios associated with a project.

A platform which serves everyone.
Thanks to Della's artificial intelligence, its intuitive design and usability, the platform enabled the trial team to save a considerable amount of time (up to 50%) from the very first days of use without the need for installation or configuration and with a minimum of training. It also enables users to improve the overall efficiency of the contract review process in the delivery of projects undertaken and in tenders.
