Bouygues Travaux Publics within the Align JV have received the award of the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Initiative for their Krokodyl Robot, installed in TBM on the high-speed rail line HS2 to carry out simple but risky repetitive tasks.

Innovation in Tunnel Design or Construction awarded Bouygues Travaux Publics for its new approach in semi-continuous advance for single shield TBMs using centre of thrust technology following the successful presentation of Adrien Baudard.

Finally, Align has received the Highly Commended of Shaft Design & Construction for the optimisation of the shafts on the C1 stretch of HS2.
