Reinforce the training of our temporary workers in our safety rules: this is the objective of the mobile training center set up on the Fabriques site in Marseille between April 17 and May 26. A successful experience with more than 40 trained temporary workers and 100% success in the "Interim Security Passport" (PASI). Explanations.
Did you know ? Because the Health and Safety of all employees is Bouygues Bâtiment Sud-Est's number one priority, the employment contracts of our temporary workers have for several years included a safety rules training clause, the "Interim Safety Passport". (PASI). However, due to a lack of proximity to training centres, the availability of trainers or sessions organized in due time, the percentage of training for our temporary workers is struggling to progress. To remedy this, BBSE set up a mobile training center for more than a month on the Fabriques site in Marseille, a site easily accessible to temporary workers from the Provence-Alpes region.
From April 17 to May 26, PASI training sessions were organized by the BTP Services organization with the support of the Triangle Intérim group. Open not only to BBSE temporary workers, but also to temporary workers from other companies, this training center aimed to professionalize temporary workers in the Marseille area in safety.
At the end of the day, a very satisfactory balance sheet:
+ than 40 temporary workers trained
6 training sessions organized
100% pass rate for the Interim Security Passport (PASI).
It should also be noted that the training center remained open for an additional week to allow our BBSE companions to take advantage of the facilities in place to train in blueprint reading.
Thank you and congratulations to all for your commitment!
