Following on from the latest staff representation elections the newly-formed CSSCT opted to inject a new dynamic into its meetings by holding its first one “in the field” in order to be able to meet up with staff.
The Issy les Moulineaux station construction site of the T3A project was delighted to host the first meeting of the CSSCT. The visit to the station was followed by a particularly interesting exchange of views, during which each member talked about areas for improvement and best practices identified on site.
Victoire HUBERT Works Manager
The commission works on the quality of life at work and the safety of our staff. As such, it is appropriate that it should make regular site visits. This was a request from members of the previous commission, and we are delighted to have been able to meet it. Our aim is to make at least three project visits a year, in order to meet up with the teams and strengthen collaboration between worksites and the CSSCT, for the well-being and safety of all.
Philippe PATEAU Chairman of the CSSCT since the end of 2021
Made up of a dozen members, half of whom joined following the latest staff representative elections, the Health & Safety and Working Conditions Commission meets once a quarter.
Its remit is to provide a forum for dialogue between staff and staff representative bodies on issues relating to safety, health and working conditions. It works closely with elected representatives, proposing tools and concrete actions to prevent workplace risks.
At Bouygues Travaux Publics, cohesion between members of the old team and the new arrivals ensures continuity of missions, with a truly constructive willingness on everyone's part to pass on knowledge and provide practical support.
