What is the proposed training programme?

- The first stage of the programme: the Climate Fresk. Through a playful and participative card game, the 1-hour workshop leads to a shared understanding of the issues surrounding climate change. The game encourages reflection, creativity and discussion on the impact of climate change.

- The second stage of the programme: Let's Clim'Act, the Game, created by Bouygues Bâtiment International based on data collected from our construction sites. The 1-hour workshop is built on the same model as the Climate Fresk but focuses on the activities of the Construction sector. The aim is to show how our activities influence climate change. During the workshop, various solutions are presented to the participants so that they can act in a concrete and appropriate way to reduce their carbon footprint in their business line.

- The third stage of the programme: the Climate training module available on ByLearn. After these two collaborative stages, the 1-hour e-learning module aims to consolidate individual knowledge of the Group's carbon footprint reduction strategy. The training raises awareness of climate issues on site and of the levers available to help everyone reduce their carbon footprint, at their own level.

Bouygues Bâtiment International's climate initiative was launched in September 2020, which made it possible to design and test the various tools now available to all employees. In September 2020, the Climate Fresk game was played in six Bouygues Bâtiment International subsidiaries, involving 200 employees. In June 2021, Let's Clim'act Days were held at 63 production sites, bringing together no fewer than 5,000 employees! This training structuring strategy fits squarely with the company's ambition to cut CO2 emissions by 30% by 2030.
