Every three years, French standards association AFNOR carries out a comprehensive assessment of Bouygues Travaux Publics' CSR performance. This label, based on the ISO 26000 standard which is in line with the UN’s sustainable development objectives, is the result of an eight-theme evaluation:

- Internal governance and vision on CSR
- Operational implementation
- Human resources, working relations and working conditions
- Sustainable production and consumption methods
- Territorial integration
- Social, environmental, and economical results

With a total of 730 points and a progression of 50 points since 2019, Bouygues Travaux Publics reached the Exemplary level of the AFNOR CSR Committed label. This highlights how CSR is such an important part of Bouygues Travaux Publics’ strategy and how committed employees are.
AFNOR praised Bouygues Travaux Publics’ strengths regarding CSR and saw how concrete our CSR strategy is on the field:

- Participative management in which employees are at the centre of the performance
- Awareness of environmental issues, control of our activities’ impact on biodiversity and natural resources as well as commitments to reduce carbon emissions from our activities
- A will to co-construct our future with our stakeholders through positive social and economic contributions

This is the recognition of an ongoing dynamic, which is part of the company’s transformation. Congratulations to all for this progress!
