BO52 is the very first programme to have been developed by Linkcity Maroc, which awarded BYMARO the contract to build it. The complex consists of three buildings and includes 168 luxury apartments, offices and shops offering a modern and upscale living and working environment. Located between Casablanca's financial centre and the La Palmeraie district, BO52 is at the crossroads of the city's major urban arteries

To date, 95% of the project has been marketed and 75% of the apartments have been delivered to clients; Linkcity Maroc plans to close the operation before the end of 2021. Despite being slowed down by the pandemic, BYMARO was nonetheless able to deliver BO52 on time, while meeting all the quality requirements.

The project also won first prize in the “Green Solutions Awards 2020-2021 Morocco” thanks to its HQE Exceptional certification and its bold design. This competition aims to promote and reward the most innovative solutions implemented in terms of ecological transition. The project design was carefully conceived to meet the strictest environmental standards: energy consumption, optimisation of water flows and waste management, etc.

While Bouygues Bâtiment International's ambition is to make property development a solid source of business for our construction activities, the BO52 project demonstrates Linkcity Maroc's ability to create value upstream of the Group's traditional activities in the country.
