A total of 363 housing units were renovated on an occupied site for the RIVP. These units are divided among five buildings built in 1934 and located on Boulevard Soult, Rue Changarnier, and Avenues Lamoricière and Courteline.

The works lasted 33 months and involved the restoration of the façades and the repair of old stonework and ironwork, the replacement of the landing doors for housing units and hallways, with the creation of double-door entrances, and external joinery for common areas. The 19 hallways and common areas have been upgraded. The units' wet rooms have been refurbished.
The main highlights of this project were the replacement of 2,300 windows, including decorative frames, and the refurbishment of 4,500m2 of tile and zinc roofing.

As a result, tenants now enjoy a more pleasant living environment with improved comfort and security.
