The operation, sold off-plan to IN'LI, is made up of 2 completely separate plots. Three buildings which hold 102 housing units in total, face the avenue de la Division Leclerc and turn back onto rue Henri Barbusse. They mark the entrance to the city centre.
 
Another building of 21 housing units is located further away on the Henri Barbusse avenue, on land where a house will be demolished.
 
A large scarp will reveal the centre of a housing block planted firmly in the ground. The attics will be of wood. White and grey terracotta wall cladding tiles will adorn the main facades. As for the guard rails, some will be in gold-coloured ironwork and others will be glazed.
 
Delivery is planned for the last quarter of 2023.
