This design-build project, carried out on behalf of Bondy Habitat with Cussac Architectes, involves demolishing an ADOMA housing complex to build 10 detached houses with private gardens available for purchase, a building comprising 19 housing units available for purchase, and 3 buildings containing a total of 59 social housing units. The shared basement has 78 parking spaces.
The houses will have zinc roofing. The façades of the apartment buildings will use brick-slip facing, and restoration of the ground floor façades will use cladding.

This elegant and soberly designed complex is located in a quiet area close to shops, schools, and public transport.

Demolition is now complete, the cranes have been erected, and the teams are working on the houses' foundations and the retaining walls for their framework.

The project will receive the RT 2012 – 10% label. 8,900 workplace integration hours will be carried out. Delivery is scheduled for the first quarter of 2023.

Work team: Thierry Lory, Jérémy Baruchello, Wouston Paul, Nolwenn Righetti, Gérard Gallice, Fernando Ramos Lopez, Mathieu Bouvier
