All wastewater drains were also replaced and a humidity-controlled CMV was installed.

Tenants now enjoy loggias thanks to work enclosing the balconies.

The entrance halls have been redesigned and the common areas renovated. A smoke extraction system was installed in the stairwells and a bicycle storage space was created.

The 1,000m2 basement was insulated using a spray coating. All external joinery, totalling 460 units, was replaced.

The building's façades were insulated from the outside and are now clad with hand-moulded bricks and render-covered insulation. This work was carried out using motorised work platforms.

This project means tenants can make energy consumption savings of up to 50%.

Environmentally conscious and committed, the Habitat Social teams made sure to recycle the units of external joinery with VEKA.
The employment organisation Dynamique Emploi set up a programme with Synergie to train and support young people as part of their workplace integration.
