The main challenges ? Coordinating daily with the client, who couldn’t be present on site because of the health crisis. Also due to the pandemic, the BCNL team had to be largely replaced in the middle of the project, which forced the teams to adapt very quickly. Despite these constraints, the teams were able to meet the technical security requirements imposed by the client and the project received the Top Site certification.
