Located at the crossroads of the two major axes of the district known as Vert Campus and near the Regional University Hospital Center (CHRU), this hotel residence has 125 rooms, a breakfast room, a co-working room and a multi-sports hall.

This real estate complex is intended to accommodate, as a priority, the users of the CHRU (patients, accompanying persons, doctors, researchers, etc.) and thus respond to the problem of temporary, high-quality accommodation adapted to the health sector. 

Sergic Résidences Services is in charge of running the hotel and restaurant.

The BLAU architectural firm designed a building divided into three parts, each open onto the garden, in order to offer the rooms maximum light and sunlight. The architectural elements were chosen in this light and warm theme: smooth white terracotta tiles for the most part and light-colored plaster on the facades, wood joinery in the rooms and lacquered aluminum in the common areas.

The fittings, materials and interior ambience reinforce the feeling of warmth and comfort that occasional visitors, patients and their families need. 

This human and sensitive dimension is translated into an association of images and concepts:
- Comfort, softness through colors and materials that must be as far away as possible from the aseptic universe of hospitals, with notably inhabited windows, a place where it is possible to sit, to lie down, to read, to discuss;
- The reception by the common spaces, inhabited corridors, and shared spaces.

The outdoor spaces form an island of coolness rethinking the link between the city and nature. The landscape thus accompanies the users' stay around a garden with therapeutic and educational values.
