Designed by the NRAU agency for Paris Habitat, this operation required the demolition of an existing underground parking lot as well as small residential buildings in order to build 37 housing units (spread over 3 buildings), 2 business premises and 54 parking spaces on 2 basement levels.

Located in the heart of historic Bagnolet, the project fits perfectly into the existing urban fabric. On the Francisco Ferrer street side, the operation has small buildings with wooden attics to fit into the landscape composed of houses. On the Sadi Carnot street side, a small building typical of Bagnolet architecture has been preserved and another one built in R+7 to adapt to the building of the 80s already present on the plot.

Inside, the services are classic but with large sliding windows and generous spaces (winter gardens, double-height living rooms, etc.).

The architect worked on the residentialization of the plot with, in particular, the creation of a crossing access between the two streets.

On this cramped site, the production teams were able to use all their know-how to create curved walls and an architectural concrete vault.

The project is Top Site and RT 2012-13% certified.
