The project was carried out on the edge of the Meudon forest, with the management of a slope. The project, designed by Franck Bouvier, is composed of a central unit linking 2 buildings sitting on a total infrastructure.
The construction was carried out by preserving the facades of the restaurant Le Verre y Table which ceased its activity in 2019, a conservation wanted by the city as an architectural element of local interest.
Cages A and B comply with NF Habitat HQE1 certification, cage A is certified BBC Effinergie Rénovation and cage B RT2021 -10%.
