Noble Development, one of the largest real estate development companies based in Thailand, has entrusted the Bouygues Bâtiment International subsidiary with the design and construction of the building, which will take 28 months to build.

Noble Form Thonglor is a 32,715-square-meter, 48-storey, 211-meter-high upscale residential condominium which will include 546 units. The 46th floor will host a swimming pool and a gym while the rooftop will offer a green oasis. The tower will be located in the heart of Sukhumvit district where luxury hotels, branded restaurants and shopping malls form a city within a city well known by locals and tourists.

The signing of this new contract confirms the expertise acquired by Bouygues-Thai in the construction of high-rise buildings after Nirvana, the Esse and soon UOB. In addition, the subsidiary is proving that it is firmly rooted in the local market, as it has a long-standing relationship with its client Noble, which began in 2012 with the Noble Ploenchit project and continued in 2020 with the Noble Around Ari Condominium project.
