Commissioned by the Ministry of Public Works of Kuwait and designed by Foster + Partners, the structure is the first largest LEED Gold certified building in the world.

It will replace the existing terminal and will accommodate up to 25 million passengers a year, which is seven times more than the population of Kuwait.

VSL has been selected by Limak Insaat Kuwait S.P.C to carry out the stay-cable and post-tensioning works on the terminal infrastructure, as well as on the 10 bridges and the bus bay roof. The works are to be completed by 2023.

The VSL teams are proud to be part of this major public infrastructure project which will contribute to the international outreach of Kuwait.
