Located in the ZAC de la Croix Ronde, the project, designed by Daquin & Ferrière, involved the construction of an 80-unit intergenerational residence.
This one was realized in slab posts with a MOB filling (wood frame wall).
The dwellings (with a mezzanine on the top floors) are divided into 4 aligned buildings. Work was carried out in consultation with the project owner, the developer, the urban planners and the local elected officials in order to refine the project and thus to be able to offer residents a vegetable garden, allotments, shared workshops and a common room open to the city.
This attention, along with 8,000 hours of work experience and an open house, allowed the project to integrate perfectly into the city.
