A total of 75 social rental units on a basement level with 43 parking spaces were built for Batiplaine (Immobilière 3F).
The project, designed by DMP Architectes - Denerier Martzolf, includes 2 buildings and 5 stairwells.
It is certified NF Habitat HQE - RT2012-20%.
The presence of SNCF tracks in the vicinity led to a vibro-acoustic uncoupling.
The context of joint ownership remained sensitive throughout the execution.
The facades are composed of fine scraped rendering, hand molded cladding and zinc roofing.
The central patio provides central ventilation to the project. More than 9,000 plants have been planted for the residents' well-being. An artist also created an anamorphosis under the entrance porch.
