The operation is located rue de la Station in Drancy near the Bourget RER B station.
The project of ATELA Architecture consists in the rehabilitation of 128 dwellings as well as the creation of 20 additional dwellings in the existing volume of the building.
The program of works includes the total renovation of the facades to improve the thermal and acoustic performances of the whole building and to give it a timeless aesthetic.
The existing units will be enlarged with the integration of loggias within the living spaces and will benefit from private kitchenettes and toilets. Common areas will be renovated and elevators created.
On this operation, Habitat Social is committed to a circular economy, using bio-sourced materials and setting up an energy saving plan for consumption linked to the site. 3,500 hours of integration will also be carried out.
