SOHP is a historical client of HAS with whom we have already carried out the rehabilitation of the Flèche and Verseau towers and the construction of 66 housing units and a day care center on rue Paul Bert.

Designed by Synthèse Architecture, this emblematic project for our client is located in the heart of the city, opposite the town hall. It concerns the rehabilitation of 315 dwellings in occupied site, distributed on 3 buildings of 16 floors each. The construction dates from 1968.

The works, centered on the improvement of the energy performance of the buildings and the living environment of the inhabitants, foresee vegetated and boarded facades with a clean design of the vegetal walls in vertical tubs and the development of the ecological concept Vertiflore.

A geothermal loop will be created by ENGIE to supply heat and cold to the apartments. This virtuous and environmentally friendly installation will optimize the comfort and well-being of residents in winter and summer thanks to the installation of this green cooling system in the main room of the 315 apartments. This geothermal loop will reduce greenhouse gas emissions and thus contribute to improving the City's carbon footprint.

In addition, the common areas and wet rooms of the units will be renovated.

25 months of work are planned and 13,000 hours of work will be carried out.

Did you know? The acronym ILN stands for Immeuble à Loyer Normal. Access to these units is therefore not subject to a ceiling of resources.
