This design-build operation, which was signed in December 2018, will finally break ground. The lead consortium is made up of Brézillon Bâtiment, soroam Architecture & Urbanisme, CALLU (fluid design office), AIDA (acoustician), EVP (structural design office) and ALTERN (landscaper). The residence will be managed by ARPEJ.
The project involves the construction of a student residence with 98 rooms on 5 levels (from the ground floor to the fourth floor), 3 shops delivered unfinished on the ground floor and a 20-space underground parking lot. The land is located near the Le Vésinet-Centre RER station, at the corner of Rue du Général Clavery and Rue du Maréchal Foch in Le Vésinet. The land is divided into 3 parcels on which structures are to be demolished, notably a Picard store and a dwelling.
The project will take 27 months to complete and will be carried out in two phases, with the Picard store remaining in business throughout the construction phase.
This residence, with its volumes in small units and its facades combining brick, rendering and wood, will give a new image to the station square.
It will be RT2012 -10% certified and NF HABITAT HQE 1 point - Résidence Services standard.
