Carried out in design and construction with the Baudouin-Bergeron Architectes Agency, BERIM and GANTHA, the project has 2 buildings in R+4: building A, accessible from rue Henri Mondor and building B, accessible from allée Erckmann Chatrian. A generous core block will be created to provide east/west visual transparency and a north/south pedestrian route.

On the facades, the consortium has chosen to work with sober, natural and timeless colors to make the buildings last and integrate them gently into their environment.
Coatings, briquettes and moucharabieh will therefore give pride of place to warm grays and beiges, as well as pearly shades.

The roof of the car park will be vegetated and accessible to residents.

This operation is part of the redevelopment of the Pré-Gentil district, the aim of which is to ensure better urban integration of the district and to support its transformation towards rational densification.

It will meet the requirements of RT 2012, the E2C1 level is targeted.
5,700 hours of insertion will be carried out.

The service order was signed on November 8 for a work period of 19 months.
