Located in the heart of Annemasse Agglo and Greater Geneva, the Grand Pré project aims to strengthen the attractiveness and dynamism of the entrance to the town of Cranves-Sales and to participate in the development of local economic activity. It is located near the 61-unit Les Petits Bois residence developed by Linkcity and delivered by BBSE in 2021.

The Grand Pré project, also developed by Linkcity after obtaining land from Migros France, involves the construction of:
- a 51-room social residence for young workers for Adoma, including services and common areas on the ground floor
- a 1,120 m2 health center for Santéalp to provide local medical services to the community's residents
- and a 2,063 sq.m. divisible office building (marketed by Axite CBRE and BNP Paribas Real Estate) mainly for local SMEs.

This multi-product program of 4,868 m2 designed by Unanime Architects will be surrounded by numerous green spaces and will include around 100 overhead parking spaces.

The total duration of the works is 18 months, with a start-up date in January.

This new operation strengthens Linkcity's position in the Alpine Arc region.

Did you know that?
The territory of the commune of Cranves-Sales is located in the north-eastern part of the department of Haute-Savoie, on the western slope of the Voirons massif. It is limited by the torrents of the Chandouze, a tributary of the Foron de Gaillard, in the north, and of the Menoge, in its southern part. The commune covers an area of 1 362 ha. Cranves-Sales is part of the large cross-border agglomeration of Annemasse-Geneva, from which it benefits from the transport infrastructure and the facilities, notably hospitals and schools.
