The Val d'Arly residence in Le Bourget du Lac (73) was delivered by our teams on January 25. This is the first stage of the energy rehabilitation project for 14 university buildings carried out on an occupied site for the CROUS Grenoble Alpes.

Started in October 2022, work on this building comprising 75 student rooms was carried out within a particularly tight deadline, in a consortium with the architect Atelier Paris, the design offices Alterea (fluids) and Exact Acoustique.

In the program :
- installation of thermal insulation from the outside
- replacement of the roof, the exterior joinery, the controlled mechanical ventilation network and the production of domestic hot water.

Congratulations to our teams for this 1st challenge, which generated very positive feedback from our client and students.

The adventure continues on the Berlioz (6 buildings) and Ouest (7 buildings) residences in Saint Martin d'Hères (38), with the start this month of numerous façade works carried out in-house. In total, 2,025 student rooms spread over 14 buildings and 3 sites will be rehabilitated by our teams by December 2023!
