In Havana, the Miramar P70 is a complex composed of two 5-star hotels and a shopping centre located. The two hotels offer a total of 1,039 rooms, which will accommodate both tourists and business clients. A pedestrian walkway crossing the entire complex runs alongside the two-level open-air shopping centre and down to the sea. 

Located at the gateway to the Varadero peninsula, Oasis consists of two beach hotels with a total capacity of 1,098 rooms spread over six and seven floors. The project is characterised by its architecture: curved shapes inspired by the movement of the waves allow the building to blend into the landscape. The complex also includes a commercial area with restaurants, bars, shops and a spa.
