This rehabilitation operation concerns 235 collective housing units in occupied areas and will be managed by the Direction Territoriale Nord d'Habitat Social, on behalf of the newly constituted territorial office: EST ENSEMBLE HABITAT.

The work, in preparation since December 23, includes in particular the repair of the sanitary fittings, the bringing into conformity of the electrical installations, the replacement of the exterior joinery and the embellishment of the wet rooms.

In addition, the particular character of the facades will be preserved and subject to approval by the Architectes des Bâtiments de France. Thus, only one painting will be implemented, and the joinery will be in wood on 2 of the 5 buildings. In addition, the contract provides for the completion of nearly 2,900 hours under the professional integration clauses.

The project will be carried out under the orders of the ARCHETUDE agency, supported by the KALYA INGENIERIE design office. The estimated duration of the works is 18 months, including 5 months of preparation, with a view to acceptance for the summer of 2024.
