After 21 months of work, the Bouygues Bâtiment Sud-Est teams have just delivered the Lidl logistics platform, a long-standing client of Bouygues Bâtiment France, in Rousset (13).
This project, carried out with the teams of Bouygues Bâtiment Nord-Est (leader) but also Colas and Axima Réfrigération (MOE: ESSOR), involved the restructuring of certain areas of the existing platform and the extension of 12,000 m2 while maintaining the existing area in operation.
The operation has been divided into 6 distinct zones with, for each of them, a delivery date:
- zone 1 : extension of an existing logistics platform in operation - 12,000 m²: expansion of the existing cell 1 (from 4,000 m² to 7,000 m²) and creation of an E2 cell of around 9,000 m²
- zone 2 : addition of a floor to the offices on the shipping side (200 m²)
- zone 3 : creation of a lithium charging zone
- zone 4 : transformation of an existing cell into a meat and poultry cell
- zone 5 : transformation of a dry cell into a cold room cell (1,800 m²)
- zone 6 : extension of a caretaker's room and creation of a break room
- FTM : creation of a dumpster dock.
This platform will allow Lidl to offer better working conditions to its employees, better logistics operations, but also to better serve its stores and customers.
A fine reference in the industry for Bouygues Bâtiment Sud-Est!
