Bouygues Bâtiment Sud-Est is currently carrying out the all-trades rehabilitation of “La Mistralée”, a magnificent historic villa-boutique by Chanel in the heart of Saint-Tropez (83). While awaiting its delivery in 2024, the Parisian luxury house has opened an ephemeral point of sale in a sumptuous setting located on Place de la Croix de Fer. A superb development project carried out in four months by our employees.

Open to Chanel customers since April 8, this splendid 400 m2 ephemeral boutique has been designed as a real vacation home. It consists of two levels of sales area including lounges dedicated to the Chanel universe and a level of premises for staff and inventory. The spaces open onto a shaded garden in a Mediterranean spirit.
The contract signed by BBSE consisted of the realization of all the architectural and technical trades:
- partitions, linings and ceilings
- plastering, painting
- heating, ventilation, air conditioning
- flooring
- green spaces
- ironwork.

Congratulations to the employees mobilized to deliver this magnificent setting to our project manager Charly Now (Chanel store planning department), in collaboration with project management assistance Alexandra Merlin from Noveam, project management / architecture Maguelone Dubreuil Architecte and our subcontractors Batirénov PP, Atelier Hervé Meyer / Welcom Garden Services, Medi'Tech, Bosio Stores, Ferronerie Perez, Bosi la forge Artistique, Alves, Challenge Commercial, Staff & Associés.
