212: this is the number of homes delivered on April 6 to Haute Savoie Habitat by our teams. A project that illustrates the expertise of Bouygues Bâtiment Sud-Est in rehabilitation of occupied sites.

After more than 2 years of work, this vast rehabilitation operation has just been accepted by Haute Savoie Habitat. For our teams, it was a question of renovating 212 housing units divided into 8 blocks of buildings offering a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva.

On the program, primarily energy work:
- realization of external thermal insulation in rock wool on the facade
- repair of all waterproofing
- flocking of the low floors of the accommodation
- repair of the entire heating system with a low temperature regime: creation of two new substations and replacement of all the heating emitters... i.e. more than 2,000 radiators!

The works also aimed to improve the comfort of the tenants with the rehabilitation of the wet rooms of the dwellings following "à la carte" works on an occupied site, with asbestos to be treated in SS4, and all 100% in own production.
Congratulations to the site team, and in particular to Vasco DA ROCHA, Site Manager, and Tarik FAREZ, Tenant Relations Manager, who worked with determination to satisfy the tenants.

A big thank you also to all of our partners on this operation: the project manager Alterea, the architect Origami Architectes, the technical controller BTP consultants, the SPS coordinator Groupe UD and the worker legality controller CBAT CONSULT.
