On November 7, the foundation stone was laid for the UNIK site in Bron (69), where Bouygues Bâtiment Sud-Est is building 2 accommodation buildings with 126 places for the Lyon Defense Infrastructure Service Establishment. intended for students of the Lyon-Bron Military Health Schools (EMSLB).
This event took place in the presence of the Mayor of Bron, Jérémie Bréaud, Lieutenant General Denis Mistral, Military Governor of Lyon, Inspector General Sylvain Ausset, Commander of the military health schools and Director of the school of health of the armies, of the Physician General Didier Mennecier, Director of the Desgenettes Army Training Hospital, of the General Engineer 2nd class Jacques Massot, Director of the establishment of the infrastructure service of the Defense of Lyon, by the architect Thaddée Tiberghien of Vincent Lavergne Architecture and Denis Urçullu, Deputy Managing Director Auvergne Rhône-Alpes of Bouygues Bâtiment Sud-Est.
The 2 buildings were built in 13 months in an industrialized manner by mixing wood and concrete, as part of the UNIK program which includes the design, construction, development, upkeep and maintenance, between 2020 and 2025, of buildings of accommodation on 3 geographical lots in France, concentrated in the South-East, West and Grand-East. In total, 51 UNIK operations labeled E3C1 and RE2020 compliant are planned in France, including 17 in the territory of Bouygues Bâtiment Sud-Est.
In Bron, the construction site is already well advanced: the structural work is nearing completion and the secondary trades will begin. 13 BBSE Companions are currently mobilized on the operation, including 4 Minorange.
