On November 25, the annual convention of Dragages Singapore was the occasion to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the subsidiary in the presence of its employees and many distinguished guests.  

In 2000, a historic neo-classical building originally built in 1928 was completely renovated to create the 5* Fullerton Hotel with 405 rooms. Since then, the hotel has won numerous awards for its exemplary customer service. 

In 2005 and 2008, Dragages Singapore delivered two very different residential projects: Savannah Condopark and The Sail. The first one is a condominium of 18 towers of 10 floors offering 648 dwellings. The 2nd is a 215m high tower with no less than 1,111 apartments! 

In 2014, the Singapore Sports Hub multi-sports complex opened its doors. It includes the national stadium with 55,000 seats and also an aquatic center, a multi-sports center, a shopping center and a cultural center around sports. Today, the stadium hosts international sporting events as well as shows, concerts and one-man shows. 

Designed by world-renowned architect Carlos Zapata, the Sculptura Ardmore Park delivered in 2014 does not go unnoticed in the country's most luxurious neighborhood. Composed of 36 floors and offering 35 apartments, it is the tower's private pools that literally emerge from the building that give all their values and singularities to the units.

Delivered in 2017, New Futura's two towers are an iconic landmark on the city's skyline with their horizontal aluminum fins that give them their recognizable wave shapes. 

In 2019, DSPL is delivering Clement Canopy, two residential towers located in the heart of a student and residential district that must be built quickly. To meet the scheduling challenge, the company opted for modular construction. The two 140m high towers are composed of 1,899 concrete modules, a proven prefabrication technique that is now widely used on the BCA Academy site. 

Capitaspring, delivered in 2021, is a veritable jewel of greenery in the middle of the urban jungle. The originality of the building lies in its architectural concept which honors the vegetation. The GreenSpring, located at 35 meters high and spread over 4 levels, offers relaxation and recreation spaces in the middle of a lush garden: no less than 500 trees have been planted!
