The project will offer both living and working spaces. My Way Office will consist of three eight-storey buildings and will offer 63 open-plan office spaces. My Way Living will consist of two buildings, one with 16 and the other with 12 floors, offering 166 residential units in the form of high-end two to five-room apartments, with large private terraces. The buildings will sit in 3,000 m² of landscaped green spaces. 

As with BO52, it was the synergy of the group that made it stand out during the commercial phase. Linkcity Maroc's knowledge of the local environment, combined with its technical construction expertise, were the major strengths of the project. The teams will work closely together to deliver the complex on time and hand over the keys to the homes and offices to their owners in the second quarter of 2025.

My Way is one of the many projects constructed in the city's financial centre - Casa Finance City (CFC) - designed to develop the district and attract companies from Morocco, Africa and the wider world. With this new project, the Moroccan subsidiary is also expanding its order book and contributing to the company's growth, in line with the strategic ambitions set out by Greenlight.
