A new three-storey building will be built on the site of the former presidential stand dating from 1997. It will offer spacious halls and meeting rooms, fully equipped conference rooms and banqueting for up to 150 people. The Turkmen-style decoration will highlight quality materials: white marble for the 9,000m² facades and refined stonework for the interiors, handmade carpets in custom colors, sophisticated woodwork, etc.

The project is unprecedented for the subsidiary for the richness of its interiors design, confirming Bouygues Turkmen expertise in that field. The urban aim of this project is to maintain a modern district while guaranteeing the cohesion of the architectural styles. This new high-end facility will serve to provide a high-quality welcome to business and official guests.

This new contract allows Bouygues Turkmen to maintain the company's activity for the year 2023, while other development projects are being studied, in line with the growth objectives set by Greenlight.
