Situated on a 7.1-acre site, the 381-key five-star resort will comprise hotel guestrooms, condo-hotel guestrooms, and condo-hotel suites. The living quarters will offer voluminous rooms and large floor-to-ceiling doors, opening onto views from the property.  

Residents of the beachfront hotel will benefit from a range of resort amenities including:

-  A 12,000 ft2 spa and fitness centre
-  A 25,000 ft2 conference meeting space

The Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Hotel & Residences will also feature Grand Social Clubs, a variety of shopping boutiques, and a five-star concierge service.  

The project comes as a result of Sterling Global Financial Group and Pageant Beach Hotel Ltd. joining forces and subsequently awarding the construction to Americaribe: a move which secures the company’s position in providing the highest standards of construction excellence to luxury hotel projects, one of the business lines identified in the Greenlight strategy.
