They are a reality in today’s workplace and society as a whole. The pandemic has made these issues even more prevalent, including at Bouygues Bâtiment International: expatriates living far away from their families, demanding customers despite health and budget constraints, and widespread teleworking - which sometimes goes hand-in-hand with isolation - can all make these risks more acute.
Bouygues Bâtiment International is firmly convinced that no work situation can ever justify putting the health of its employees at risk. Therefore, in 2021, psychosocial risk prevention will be one of the company's priorities. To this end, the Human Resources Department has decided to roll out a collective prevention strategy, giving all employees the practical tools to prevent psychosocial risks within the company.
The first stage of this awareness-raising campaign includes the publication of a guide entitled Shared Vigilance. This guide explains what psychosocial risks actually are, describes the warning signs and sets out the first levers for action. It also reiterates the contacts and resources available so we can seek help and never feel alone. The aim is to put an end to preconceived ideas and offer advice on how to look after our colleagues and ourselves. The digital guide is supplemented by a short prevention video.
Watch the video on the dedicated Sharepoint which brings together the entire prevention kit.
For a caring company: let’s look after each other.
