Launched in 2020, the Speak Up campaign has aimed to support any employees who are victims of or witnesses to situations involving sexist, humiliating or vexing remarks, hostile behaviour or sexual or psychological harassment.

Since its launch, all reported situations have been received and treated confidentially. These have led to the implementation of action plans aimed at restoring peaceful working conditions and, in some cases, to sanctions ranging from warnings to dismissal.

Through the Speak Up system, Bouygues Construction seeks to ensure a caring, positive and respectful work environment that protects the health of employees and the performance of the company by addressing the threats of disengagement, absenteeism, high staff turnover and disorganisation.
