This fourth agreement, which promotes the professional integration of high-level athletes, enables Alexis to benefit from a work schedule that is compatible with the practice of his sport at the highest level, thus securing his preparation for the 2024 Olympic Games. It allows him to train about 30 hours a week while providing the necessary stability through his position as a prevention officer within Bouygues Bâtiment Grand Ouest.

This signature echoes Bouygues Construction's proactive policy in favour of the development of sports performance in France and the employment of disabled people.

It is an honor to be able to accompany Alexis in his sports project. Within the company, we are all proud of his success and perseverance, and inspired by his ability to believe in his dreams. His usual modesty should not hide an exceptional record of achievement that many able-bodied and non-able-bodied athletes must envy. If we can, by our commitment to him, contribute to stop talking about "handicap" but simply about "difference", we will also have won.

Philippe Robinaud President of Bouygues Bâtiment Grand Ouest

By winning the first Paralympic gold medal, Alexis marks the history of our federation. An exemplary athlete, he demonstrates a very high level of performance. We are very proud of him. Bouygues Bâtiment Grand Ouest's commitment is a strong gesture that goes beyond sport and I thank them for it. It should enable Alexis to prepare for Paris 2024 with peace of mind and once again make the triathlon shine.

Cédric Gosse President of French Federation of Triathlon

I'm very happy to continue the adventure with Bouygues Bâtiment Grand Ouest. It's a company that quickly trusted me and in which I feel good. I am satisfied to have changed the way some employees look at difference and inclusion... I hope to be able to give people the desire to surpass themselves. You have to believe in your dreams !

Alexis Hanquinquant High-level sportsman of BBGO team

An employee of Bouygues Bâtiment Grand Ouest in Rouen since 2018, Alexis is also a member of the French paratriathlon team. This accomplished athlete has an exceptional track record: four-time European champion and world champion in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021, he also won gold at the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games in his PTS4 category.

On the agenda this year: European Championship in Poland in May, French Championship in Saint-Jean-de-Monts in September and World Championship in Abu Dabi in November before the big event of the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024.
