The closing ceremony of Job Academy 2021, the third such event, took place last Thursday, 10 March. Branded #Ensemble, this season was marked by the diversity of the attendees’ profiles. These job seekers, some of whom are disabled, once again demonstrated the group’s commitment to employability and the inclusion in the job market of people with a variety of profiles.

The Bouygues Construction teams supported the class of 2021 with various workshops – listening, monitoring, learning the basics and the reflexes to adopt when looking for a job. The opportunities to meet different businesses enabled the mentees to gain insight and establish their career objectives.

For the ten two-person teams that made up #Ensemble, it was an experience that was both enriching and interractive. The support that was received throughout this venture has borne fruit, with the season finishing on an encouraging note: some of the attendees have landed promising interviews and are now awaiting results!

I discovered Face and the Job Academy thanks to the occupational integration agency ActivitY. At my first meeting with Anne-Laure, my mentor, I immediately felt at ease. She’s a communication professional who gave me some really useful feedback.

Alexis Tordjmann #Ensemble mentee

It’s a real investment – a big challenge for mentors as well as mentees. And I have to say that I wasn’t expecting to meet someone with a profile as complete as Alexis’. This guy has huge potential!

The programme is expanding in France!
Thanks to the FACE clubs, this programme can be rolled out in other regions in France! It gives partners who wish to do so the chance to get involved through various subjects that contribute to integration and diversity in the job market.
