Awarded by AFNOR, the label certifies that the recruitment, integration, and career development processes of employees are not likely to cause discrimination. The company's constant commitment to the fight for equal opportunities is thus rewarded.

Over the past ten years, a great deal of progress has been made in anchoring the theme of diversity in people's minds and in day-to-day practices: dedicated trainings, setting up of a listening unit, awareness campaigns, etc. To continue this momentum, Bouygues Bâtiment International has set itself four priorities: disability, diversity of career paths, social and cultural origins, and gender diversity. This last point is the subject of a special commitment: women currently represent 22% of the company's total workforce, a figure that Bouygues Bâtiment International intends to increase to at least 28% by 2023.

To achieve this, an action plan has been put in place to retain and promote female talent, but also to recruit more women, particularly right after they graduate.

To this end, Bouygues Bâtiment International will be holding a webinar on Thursday 16 June at 6pm (French time) dedicated to the place of women in our company.

During this event, which is open to all through simple registration, four female employees will answer questions, doubts or preconceptions about the construction sector and share their experience at Bouygues Bâtiment International.

This first event on the theme of gender diversity is aimed at a French-speaking audience, mainly female students, and young graduates. Do not hesitate to share this invitation with your school or alumni network!
