Bridges – what is it?

Bridges is a mobility programme launched in March 2022. It enables 20 employees of the Civil Works division - Bouygues Travaux Publics and VSL - to benefit from a two-year international mobility programme. The participants have just unpacked their luggage in one country, and will pack them again for a new destination in 2024.

The Bridges – who are they?

With 45% women, the first promotion includes employees of 13 different nationalities. They each have between 2 and 7 years' experience in the Construction Division and work in a variety of roles on site or in support functions. Our 20 employees are currently spread around the world: 9 in the UK, 2 in Australia, 2 in the USA, 5 in Hong Kong, 1 in Dubai and 1 in France.

Stay tuned to find out about their daily lives throughout this adventure!
