Bouygues Bâtiment Sud-Est's #You're at the right place recruitment campaign has just won the Silver Prize of the HR Creativity Grand Prize in the recruitment campaign category!

This competition, organized each year by the ACCE (Association of Communication Consulting Agencies for Employment), rewards the audacity and creativity of companies and their communication consulting agencies.

Launched last year, the #Youareinthegoodplace campaign aimed to attract new profiles and convince them to join us. It echoed a conviction shared by the company's teams: that of being in the right place, of exercising a profession that makes sense and that excites!

Seven collaborators had improvised themselves as actors to create authentic, original visuals representative of our know-how and our state of mind.
