Marguerite: an innovation on Align’s TBMs working on HS2!
On the C1 stretch of HS2, Align is using an innovative technology, named Marguerite, on its TBMs that are building the Chiltern tunnels. This innovation, which is one of the features of the ATLAS robot, automatically retrieves and installs segments that form the rings that line the tunnels.
