Bouygues Bâtiment Grand Ouest's Rouen-based teams have won a new project in the heart of Duclair under the MGP (Global Performance Contract). This project includes the construction of :

- 2 new service buildings for the gendarmerie. The first, on one level, will essentially house offices and 3 cells. The second will be used as garages for the police vehicles.
- 2 buildings, each with a floor area of two storeys, will house 17 flats. The 2 buildings of 1400 m² will have flats for the gendarmes, from F2 to F6. Outside, the development will provide around sixty overhead parking spaces as well as a children's playground.

The maintenance of the gendarmerie buildings has been entrusted to CRAM, a member of the contract for a period of 5 years.

The work is aimed at achieving E+C- level E2C1 certification issued by Certivéa for the construction of Positive Energy and Carbon Reduction Buildings.

Work on this new mixed-use project began at the end of February 2022. The earthworks phase is now coming to an end and the teams are preparing to welcome the crane in the next few days. Delivery is scheduled for July 2023.
