This construction operation is part of the urban renewal of the Petit Pré Sablières ZAC neighborhood, which aims to diversify the housing offer, develop the roadways and outdoor spaces, and work on public facilities.

The project, designed by AAU Mastrandreas, involved the construction of 55 housing units.

The operation has been awarded the E3C2 (Energy + Carbon) label. Different low-carbon concretes were poured depending on the period and the works. Ecological materials were also used, such as Circouleur recycled paint.

PLX roofing, single layer matting, briquettes, wood/aluminum frames, equipped kitchens, Vescom, are all varied and qualitative services that make this social housing project pleasant and well integrated into the ZAC.

This lot C1 was built at the same time as lot C2, which allowed for the mutualization of the agencies, the crane and the various machines.
