Viroflay: The glass table gives way to 27 housing units!

A total of 135 housing units were built (VEFA for CDC Habitat), a CINASPIC of
780 m2 (Constructions and Installations Necessary to the Public Services or of Collective Interest) for the city and 4 shops for Alan Peters Commercialisateur.

The facades have been realized with different materials: single layer coating, tiles and Fundermax type cladding and metal railings. The apartments, spread over 3 buildings and 4 stairwells, all have loggia-style balconies and are therefore very bright.

The complex, designed by BDVA Architects, was built on a former shopping center and a basement parking lot. Roads and green spaces have been retroceded to the city.

The project complies with RT2012 -10% and is certified NF Habitat HQE.
