One City Center will be the highest office tower in Thailand, reaching 264m. The building will have 54 storeys for 113,000m². The scope of work covers the structure design and building, with architectural trades and M&E. SOM (Skidmore, Owings and Merrill), an American firm, has lead the architecture part and the structure.
