The operation, located on lot A of the ZAC du Lièvre d'Or bordered by Route Nationale 20, comprises 100 housing units divided into 4 cages: 3 cages group together 75 social rental housing units and one cage of 25 units forming a residence for the elderly.

The architecture in blocks of intermediate height (R+2), imagined by Nomade Architects, gives the illusion of a series of houses in strips, adapting to the local urbanism and the pavilion fabric.

The concrete tile roofing of the buildings is extended on some facades, the different shades of tile also allowing the rhythm of the project.

"The project reinterprets the codes, the spatial sequences and the sensations of living in a strip house and not a collective dwelling. On a human scale, each inhabitant takes ownership of his or her dwelling, recognizes it and identifies with it. Keeping a small scale template, allows a respectful insertion in the urban landscape. Nomade Architects

The operation will be labeled RT 2012-20% & NF HQE.
