This operation is the first lot of the Charmeraie ZAC developed by SADEV 94 and is part of ADOMA's strategic plan to transform hostels into social residences to improve residents' living conditions.

The residence, designed by the Ameller & Dubois agency, has 211 studios (T1 and T1 Bis with a surface area of between 18 m2 and 30 m2) and a multipurpose room on the ground floor.
The facades are composed of hand-molded plates, anodized aluminum frames and wood/aluminum exterior joinery.

A vast green space and a retention basin with trees are present at the rear of the residence for the well-being of the residents.

6,200 hours of integration were carried out.
